I love the ham my grandfather makes at Thanksgiving/Christmas. It is so-damn-perfect. He serves it with pineapple and cinammon. Sweet Jesus, it's good.

Is brisket from a certain place on a cow? I love that meat and it digests beautifully. John Wayne had 40 or 50 lbs of undigested meat in his colon when he was autopsied.
