You mean use words like "pookums" or "snuggle muffins"?
It's usually to get something from you....permission, acceptance, "it", and sometimes....guys don't communicate well as themselves, so they become a big baby, lol.
And every so often, they'll just try to be cute, so that you can respond accordingly.

i mean theres no way u going to not "baby-talk" you girlfriend, how are you going to talk to her then? In, a formal way? Then, you're better off being business partners...xD

I don't know that either. I always assumed they did it to get in good with her considering that they had done something wrong earlier and are trying to win her support. Perhaps even going as far as doing this to hit them up for sex.

either they're happy or they're doing it cuz they think we want to hear it. I think a lot of them just do it because they want to though. hehe.
