how does one expresses emotions without violations of the ethics that which must ethics does not adhere in emotios but with reasons perse ???

Truly ethical person needs to ensure that even emotions are not unethical.... because emotions do have power over us and have a habit of impairing our judgment or reasoning and manifest in unwarranted actions as well... hence I believe that ethics do have to be taken to the extreme level of cleansing thoughts and emotions too.

There is nothing unethical about emotions. But, we are sometimes challenged by language to adequately and/ or ethically communicate emotions. Their is lots of training available for effective and compassionate communication. Two primary precepts will be 1) Awareness of your emotions and 2) Staying with the present.... Both easier said than done
