Rules are made by those who are seeking order to ensure controlled outcome. A key element is the desire for a certain outcome.... this leads to a strange conclusion that God need not make any rules, because He is all powerful ... in other words being omnipotent, God can not have any desire remaining to be fulfilled... God's will itself instantaneously gets fulfilled without any need for any rules. An interesting conclusion coming out of your interesting question.

actually like every1.first god makes rules 4 diffrent religions.then when our parents 4 difrent rules 4 our life.teachers 4 classrooms.and then v our selves 4 our own lifes.
