How often should I feed my plant?

Its just a simple venus flytrap that I keep in my room by the window. I feed it whenever a fly happens to enter my room (maybe once every 4 to 5 months). But how often is it recommend that I feed my plant?

Feed it LIGHTLY once in the Spring- & it should be fine (and keep after those flies :) ).

that sounds about right. i overfed one years ago and it died as a result. they only need two bugs per year to survive. you shouldn't feed them more than 1 per month, max.
