I am wanting to start fashion designing...like making my own clothes, and i need a mannequin to help me out. Does anyone know where I can get one cheap either brand new or second-hand?

Try your local sewing shop. Wherever you go, they will cost quite a bit.

Try eBay, but they are not cheap. You might call some of the department stores and talk to the manager. He might can cut you a deal on one that is broken. Then you can repair it using BONDO, its a fiberglass substance that is used to repair rust spots on cars.
I bought mine when a store in New Mexico was going out of business & we were on vacation. I still have "Wanda". I use her at Halloween. She was $56.25.

Ebay. No doubt. I looked on there and you can get a bunch of different kinds. Try there, I'm sure you'll find something you like.
