I cant stop ot controll it, why?

Your question "who has been rejected before", is the answer.
You on a sub-conscience level are trying to avoid the pain of rejection. The jealousy, is more than likely what is causing the rejection. It is a vicious circle.
Try thinking of it this way, this guy is not really worth my time. If he can't see me for the fun person I am, then he is not worthy of my time.
If this is a person with out loyalty, and I can not trust them, then I don't want them in my life.

I think that it may be due to fear of losing what you want most of all. Jealousy is a sign of having low self esteem. Then again, you can have good self esteem and get jealous, so it's really hard to say.
