First 20 hrs=9.95
Every additional hr=.50
When h is greater than 20 hrs,
Charges=9.95+.50(h-20)
For 35 hrs, C=9.95+.50(35-20)
C=9.95+.50(15)
C=9.95+7.50
C=17.45
