My girlfriend went off to college recently, and I am stuck at home missing her incredibly. I am just looking for a song that says that. I am pretty open to genre.

First off, that's incredibly sweet =) Just had to mention that haha. And secondly, I think coming up with your own song would be better and hold a little more meaning knowing you picked it out yourself. It sounds kind of corny, I know haha, but I'm a girl and I find that really sweet if a guy did that for me. However, one song I like is called "I Miss You" by Incubus. Another song I like (though it's not really a song that says you miss a person... it's more of a song that says 'I love you') called "Making Memories of Us" by Keith Urban. It's one of my favorite songs.

Well, I am not sure of the genre you both like, but I love the emotions expressed in Aerosmith's "I don't Want to Miss a Thing"
