i have gotten in trouble for 2 dumb reasons within acouple days. here they are:
1. i was in english and the teacher gave us a packet. She said that it was due at the end of class, so i RAISE MY HAND and ask what time class gets over. someone in the class says "oh, thats points taken away" so i get them taken away for asking what time class gets over.
2. i was in adult roles and we were talking about stress. we had a balloon and everytime she said something that stressed us out, we took a puff in the balloon. well the prob is i cant blow up balloons so i told her and i just sit their. then someone else cant blow them up either. so we sit their for alittle. then all of a sudden, the teacher goes off and tellls us two to get our books out and do a assignment since we didnt participate. so in short terms, i got in trouble for not being able to blow up a balloon.
so what have u gotten in trouble for that is dumb like mine?

Same thing happened to me, I asked a question.. mind you a question, and my teacher said I said the answer outloud.. how the hell was I suppose to know it was an answer if I was asking a question? She got me so mad, I stopped taking it and just gave it to her then she called my parents and my parents yelled at her.

Well, it is kind of embarassing but one time in the second grade I had been worrying about my pants because they were too big and they kept sliding down and at the end of the day the teacher asked me to come up for something and when I got up my pants fell down. First, everyone laughed and i think my teacher chucled but then she looked mad and yelled at me, then i was sent to the office aand got in trouble for not wearing a belt.

Speaking my mind. Teachers used to HATE when I proved them wrong, or found a way to corrupt what they were doing. At one point in time, I had to run the mile for gym, and didn't do it in under 15 minutes. I got 15:49, for Pete's sake, and they said I had to re-run it! Not only was it embarassing the first time, but I didn't want to go through it again! So, I protested and didn't run it. Needless to say, the teacher gave me the credit for it anyway, because I threatened to get more people to protest. It was cool. :)

In 9th grade we had an evil substitute who wanted 'absolute silence'...5 minutes later I sneezed an by best friend said bless you. The sub wanted us to write a 5 page essay on "why talking in class is detrimental to our education and that of others and why we would never do it again" Then I sneezed again and she made mine 10. I didn't write a single word of it! So she kept adding 5 pages on everyday my friend and I didn't write it, and by the end of her stay, we both had 35 page essays. Still haven't written a word of it!

The worst was the art teacher though. I have special permission to check my blood sugar whenever I feel like I need to , and one day she took my purse which had my glucose meter and my insulin and told me I needed to "suffer for my art". I asked excuse me and she said that great artists like Van Gogh and Warhol suffered physical illnesses for their art and I wasn't really interested in art because I placed my health above my art and didn't sacrifice myself. I snatched my purse back from her and said "And you wonder why people call you crazy" and walked out of the classroom. Then I had an after school teacher detention. You know, one of those really annoying ones that the teacher can make as long as they want but it doesn't go on your official record.

I still remember this; in 1st grade or Kintergarden, we were having nap time (omg. i know, right?). and there were 2 guys in my class that were messing with the toys.
Well, I was a goody-two-shoes, so i'd always look up to make them stop. then they'd make this big exaggerated deal out of it and freeze.
I must admit, i was giggling a bit, but that was no reason for the substitute teacher to make the guys AND ME(!) stay in for recess! I wished she would die.
That was the only time i was really punished--the one spot on a clean slate!
(okay. i'm being really weird tonight)

Leaning against the heater just inside the door while waiting for the bus. The principal got on my case because I was supposed to wait outside. My bus was notorious for being late so I was just warming my fanny before going outside, where it was freezing. He told me if I did that again I would get detention. So...
The next day he found me sitting on the heater, which I accepted gladly. The room where detention was held was cozy warm and the late bus always came on time.

i was in class and i was doing as she said which was to get my computer out and look up some science thing so i get it out and then she runs over to me and shuts the screen, and tells me that she canged her mind and that i should have re asked, like how was i suppose to know that i was suppose to ask twice!
then i was walking in the hall and my teacher told me i had two minutes to go use the restroom, so i hurried and made it before two minutes, he then told me i was late and that there was no excuse for it, even though in the hall he told me i had two minutes, which he later on regreted when i told the principal and he got in trouble for it =]

The dumbest thing I ever got in trouble for was when I was in the 11th grade my government teacher yelled at me for talking to my best friend and she wasn't even in class that day. She sent me to the office and everything. I had to call my Mom and only when she got to the school did they realize I wasn't talking and my friend wasn't in school.
