I prefer Andes Chocolate Mints. When I want something creamy , chocolatey & minty tasting. They remind me of the mint melt away candies that Camp Fire used to sell.

I love anything that is gooey with chocolate, caramel & peanuts.

I like rich & creamy Chocolate covered cherry cordials.

I like black licorice & good & plentys.

I like reeses Peanut butter cups any of their recipes.

I like Hershey Candy Kisses they have a variety of assorted chocolate flavors . Including chocolate cherry kisses which taste like cordials. They also have a chocolate mint kiss which is as delicious as the Andes mints too. There are the Zebra Kisses, the dark chocolate kisses & the chocolate caramel kisses....Yummy!!!

I like cinnamon candy too.

Paydays, Zero bars & Snickers are great! But I really like the new Baby Ruths. I never liked them much when I was growing up. Since they improved them a few years ago they are superb!

there are many terrific candys & candy makers.

My favorite homemade candy is Chop Suey Noodle Candy.
My mom used to make it when I was a girl.

1 lg bag of chocolate chips
1 to 2 small bags butterscotch chips
1 stick of real butter
1 large can of chop suey noodles

In a double boiler, fill the bottom pan with water place on stover and heat to boiling. reduce heat. Place the other pan on top put in butter stir till it is melted.

Add chocolate & butterscotch chips & stir till smooth & melted in the butter. Empty chop suey noodles nto candy mixture stir until they are thoroughly coated.

If mixture begin to feel too hard to stir you may add more butter as needed.

You can also add nuts to the mixture as well.
Reduce & lower the heat as often as needed.

On cookie sheets covered with wax paper drop spoonfuls of the chocalte, carmel coated chop suey noodles onto the wax paper. They will sort of look like chocolate turtles. or like a clump of twigs coated in mud. After filling the wax paper covered cookie sheet with tablespoon filled clumps of your candy noodle mix. Cover them with press & seal wrap & place in freezer to harden.

They will be ready to eat in about a half hour. If you enjoy chocolate, butterscotch crunchy stuff you will enjoy these.
