My husband dropped a big dollop of ranch dressing on a colored tee shirt. He wiped immediately and I used Shout Ultra Gel right after that on both sides. Now what, cold water? Warm? Oxy-clean? Soak? Another dose of Shout before that?

an undemanding answer to a pungent situation. What you like is a sprig bottle of undeniable water, a save vac in moist vac mode, a broom, and a while. use the spray bottle to moist the components the place the dressing spilled, be sure you saturate the section okay. permit the dressing take up lots of the water and alter into soft, making use of the save vac suck up as lots of the water and dressing as plausible. you could would desire to apply the comb to sit down back lots of the dried dressing. save spraying the section till all the water and dressing is sucked up in to the vacuum. the carpet and seats would be slightly on the damp factor yet will dry with in an hour. in case you nevertheless scent dressing, you have not pulled all of it out of the seats or carpet. you could would desire to apply a easy detergent to get rid of the scent if it has baked slightly interior the sunlight. that's how we get stains and scents out of automobiles we element. Takes time yet as quickly as you sparkling it good, that's going to look and scent regularly occurring returned. maximum serious situation is to confirm your drawing all the previous water and dressing out of the fabric.

Sounds like you already know what to do. I have found that liquid Tide works better than the powder kind.....it removes oil stains great. Just use it to pre-spot the area....and wash in hot water.

Use Spray & Wash Dual Power. Works wonders on my brothers clothes. Skip the Shout for now.

Everyone has great tips but I have used Dawn dish-soap on clothes when food has dropped on them to get the oil or grease out so it doesn't get washed in.
