Just ask at any decent music store that has a classical section -
It is from beethoven's 9th symphony!

You can order it from the above link at HMV

the piece is from Beethoven's 9th symphony, also called the "choral symphony".
Naxos is a classical label that has been making available decent recordings of classical music at reasonable prices for the last 15 years or so,you can pick up their edition from any major chain for about five quid.
also,HMV have their own HMV classics label presumably set up to rival naxos and you can get a recording on there for much the same price.
there are versions with the ode to joy sung in english but it would probably take you ages to find it.

I have got the version of this music which you are looking for, the orchestral version. Its on a double classical collection called 'Classic Experience III. There are two discs in this classical collection and the one you want is on the second disc.If you go to The Virgin Megastore in Piccadilly in London they have large sections on each of the composers,I have seen the one you want there. This particular Virgin store used to be Capital Records, which stocks every piece of music ever produced.

It is the choral part of the end of Beethoven's 9th Symphony.
There are lots of recordings available, but it will be sung in German.

If you want the original score for free you can go here:

http://imslp.org/wiki/Symphony_No.9_%28Beethoven%2C_Ludwig_van%29

I find imslp.org to be a very reliable source for free but still accurate music. I've used it before for a lot of music.

It's also legal because most of the music on the site is public domain.
