Ok.... I'm telling you this from personal experience.
My first pregnancy I didn't have high blood pressure until the very end. Getting dizzy is common in pregnancy. Take tylenol and drink lots of water. It could be a combination of too much effort, dehydration, and just not enough rest. If the headache persists, or you have been getting more than just this one... call your doctor's office. They all have after hours answering services that will get you the doctor from your office that is on call. Explain your situation and your doctor will tell you what to do from there. If your next appointment isn't soon, and the headache has gone away, call your doctor on Monday and get a sooner appointment.
I ended up having high blood pressure at the end of my pregnancy, and had an emergency c-section. Don't worry! Try drinking water and laying down, and if that doesn't help within an hour, call your doctor.
Good luck hun! Everything you are going through now... I PROMISE will be soooo worth it!

If your head is not happy, you're right to stop and take stock.
1. Get enough water. Drink 4 ounces each 2 hours awake.
2. Get rid of stressful people. Promise to see them--later.
3. Take your prenatal vitamins with iron.
4. Don't drink any soda at ALL.
5. Eat only fresh fruits and vegetables for a few days.
6. Sit in a chair with your feet up most of the day.
7. Sleep with pillows under your neck and knees, on your back.
After a week or so of this, you should be much happier and headache-free.

Try a cold pack on your head and your neck. Neck pain can cause headaches, did you know that?
If it continues in the am or worsens and includes eye problems, call your doctors office or go to the emergency room. If you are concerned at all, call your doctors office. There is some risk of preeclampsia and while this isn't likely, it is something to be sure of especially if you are not normally prone to headaches.

Whenever a headache strikes drink lots of water .Lack of oxygen may have lead to your headache. Place a few ice-cubes in a polythene bag, and apply this on the forehead and temples. Check out http://useinfo-headache.blogspot.com/ for more info

Go to an all night pharmacy or grocery store that has a blood pressure monitor to see if your blood pressure is high. If it is, go to emergency.
