I have a really bad problem of procrastinating when I have to do things. This goes from school projects and papers, to doing laundry and paying bills. I'm so bad that it is part of the reason why I failed out of college. Even now, I can't hold a job because I can't get up in the morning when I need/want to, and I have 3 alarm clocks that go off. I've always been I night person since I was a freshman in high school, but I use to be able to get up and do the things I liked to do in the morning. Now I get up and turn my alarm off, lie back down and all of a sudden it's already noon, or later.

I want to try to get my life more organized. I want to get up and practice playing guitar or piano, but instead I don't I just sit in my bed watching movies while being online looking at videos or on this website giving people advice that I should be following. Can anyone help me out, is there a way to put more discipline in your life and get things on the track again?

My son whom lives on his own, is the same as you.
He moved out for the second time 5 months ago.

Anyhow

He started writing himself notes and leaving them around the house. such as "get things done today" - "strop putting things off" - "Stop being a procrastinator". etc.

It worked some.. But the little notes he put thru out his house gave him a reminder, so that he could retrain his brain and behavior.
He jumps up and after turning off the alarm, hops right in the shower (most days)...

Try your best to go to bed earlier. Get more vigorous exercise during the day, so that you are tired at night and want to sleep.
Do the things you like during the day and sleep at night. Don't lay around all day playing games, watching TV...
Change your way of thinking....
You have a full life ahead of you.

Good luck, faith
