hmm...
i know the word Paresthesia or paraesthesia,...maybe this is what you mean???

Paresthesia or paraesthesia is the sensation you feel when your hand,arm,leg or any limb of your body feels numb,then accompanied by the "pinching of needles" like feeling? that is it..

It's believed to be caused by the pressure laid on the "superficial nerve".. causing this feeling, but after releasing the pressure, it's gonna be gone in a few minutes,..

I think you mean "paresthesia".

Do you by any chance mean "paresthesia"? If you do - it's an abnormal sensation, like itching, prickling, pins-and-needles, etc.

are you sure it's parestnesia? if you mean paresthesia, i think it has something to do with skin sensations, like tingling, burning, etc.
