The Grand Prix coupe had them on the top door. The Chevy Lumina coupe, Olds Cutlass coupe and the Buick GS coupe also had the handles on the top side of the door. All of these cars are known as W-body's and they where part of GM's popular GM10 program. All the four door W-body cars had regular door handles. The 1988 to 1996 Grand Prix has the door handles on the top.Same goes for the 1990 to 1994 Lumina, 1989 to 1997 Olds Cutlass and the 1990 to 1997 Buick GS.
