I heard when men go into their caves, they either have a problem to think about or they need time out from their partners. During this period the woman should give her man his space. Is this true in your experience? Would you wait for him to come out of the cave if you really need to talk to him?

I'm not sure that this only applies to men, but it certainly sounds a lot like me! Sometimes I do need a bit of space. I can never tell how much I need until it's over (and I hate being asked when, when when) but try dragging me out and you will get nowhere.
So I say wait until he's back and then talk to him - you'll get more sense out of him that way!

I think some time alone is good for everybody, time to reflect on things or just chill.
