it doesnt sound good, but dont think it tastes like a pizza flavor in ice cream form...it tastes good, I cant pinpoint the taste but its actually good.

No thanks ........ but garlic ice cream is pretty nice
And I know of a company in Ireland (Tully Meadows) that make Stilton & Pear Ice Cream.
Heston Blumenthal at the Fat Duck restaurant in Bray (has been voted best restaurant in the world in the past) is famous for his egg & bacon Ice Cream ---- go to http://www.fatduck.co.uk/ , select menu, then tasting menu ... it's the last course (though hew goes further - heres one of the desserts on his normal menu --- MACERATED STRAWBERRIES with Black olive and leather purée & pistachio scrambled egg)

i could see the smoky hint of spice in the pepperoni really complementing the smooth sweetness of the ice cream...and combining the two textures would be nothing less than a masterpiece. pallate pleasing for all ;)
