she is in need of a car in order to raise her daughter like go to work,go to dr apt, take her to school very difficult with out one where can she find a very cheap but reliable car she does not have $ or good credit

craigslist is the best deal! you can find cars for like 500 dollars.

Here in America, lots of people have a good old car that they don't really need. That's where you need to get it from, and ordinary citizen. Just how you single in on somebody that has an extra car is up to you. You could take out a classified ad stating what you want.
Me, personally, I could give somebody a good old car and never miss it. I've even got bad old car to go with it. I give two away and never miss it.

I wish I could remember the name of the organization, but there are some people out there that get old cars and the mechanics donate their time and the parts are mostly donated and then the cars are given to deserving people. I just can't remember the name of the charity that does it. Sorry.

Contact organizations like Goodwill or Red Cross. If they don't have any cars, they should be able to hook you up.
