I broke up with the guy next door. Another guy showed me a message board covered with hate messages and stuff all about me. I was like....HA HA HA....who will EVER read this stuff? I was sort of right, since it was like 1993, but only just escaped. I guess dating a D and D guy was risky back then.
I knew nothing of the internet, my mom was working at TI and we had to type pages of code to play dumb games. Atari was even better than the crap my mom had.

I didn't even know what email was. I was like a freshman or sophmore in high school and my friend wanted to email me something. I was so confused so she took me to the school library and it was then that I was introduced to YAHOO!
it was probably like 1997 or 1998
the first computer my parents ever got was an emachine. Man, did I hate that thing, wait a minute I still hate them. Those were the dial up days.

I was in High school...back in 1991 when my friend and I hooked up a crappy modem...14.4 dialup and sat and sat waiting for it to connect. It was a MAC. We used to play around on the old Apple IIe's and play games like Lode Runner and Oregon Trail!

1996 on a HP desktop (I think) with (probably) 28K connection. The first website I remember visiting was the Toy Story website. I do remember HEARING about the World Wide Web in late 1995.

Yeah kind of similar time frame for me and it was trying to figure out the dial up log in stuff to order airline tickets. That's funny its reminding me how freaked out people were that I could actually receive my tickets online -- some even accuse me of lying.... Anyways sorry for the trip down memory lane.

Ex-husband on a Commodore hooked up to the TV, in a chat room all night. Burned the sucker out, because Commodores really weren't built to last.
