Have a complete check up with your Doctor, tell him about the cold hands, it may be a circulation problem that can be improved with medication, but he may want to order tests before prescribing anything, just to check the blood flow.
Cold hands, and cold feet, usually indicate circulation...good luck to you

Mine too, along with my feet, all my life. After a major heart attack I found out I have "Ryads syndrome" the outer blood vessels shut down for reasons unknown due to weather or stress. Causing cold feet and, or hands.
I didn't know what the problem was and, if the doctors would have looked closer, would have found out because I was being treated for a leaking aorta valve.

Anyway, "Tenormim" pills, for my heart takes care of most of it and I just have to be careful.
