What's wrong with this picture?

Hey, Carl, are you friggen daft??? In case you missed the POINT, it was that we have better things to worry about then Bill Clinton's sex life. I think everyone should stop worrying about other people's sex lives and start worrying about things that matter. A few examples of this are: the iraq war, the afghanistan war, the victims of Katrina and Rita; the victims of this year's midwest flooding, health care, unemployment, the crashing real estate market...just to name a few.

It's just their pat reply to anything that goes wrong in their own party. Point to Bill. If someone expresses that they are unhappy with Bush's incompetency regarding Iraq, simple. Point to Bill to deflect attention. Craig ran on morals and degrading gays, gets caught with his pants down and is revealed as an incredible hypocrite. NO problem. Point to Bill. He got caught getting a bj and then lying about it. Wow, except he wasn't preaching to America about infidelity. But they don't get that the point is hypocrisy. Hell with that. Point to Bill. Sen. Clinton is running for President and the hissing from the conservatives is almost audible through your computer, but it isn't her stand on the issues they want to discuss. It's Bill and how will she keep him away from the interns. Point to Bill when in doubt and the other conservatives will cheer wildly and happily hit the thumbs up button. It's like a feeding frenzy when someone posts yet another stupid question about his impeachment (but they never mention the acquittal lol). It's misdirection and it's so obvious that it got boring a long time ago, at least to everyone but those stuck like simpletons on this issue.

EDIT: Wow, thanks minnetta, that's a very nice compliment. Cheers (lifting my glass of wine) !

I mean this in the nicest possible way, (in case anyone here is a republican), but some of the things they're party has done or thought don't seem like the really great ideas. I personally think we went to Iraq to just turn it into a little oil colony for a few years. I mean why would we still be there if it's not after all the other coalition members have left?

Yes the streets are filled with people wringing their hands about Bill Clinton's sex life.

Since you bring it up it is relevant because his wife is running for President and he will be very influential in her administration if she wins. Not just from a moral standpoint. He did commit perjury and he will have access to classified information. It is not unfair to question whether he or Hillary is qualified for office based on his conviction of perjury.

They're sex obsessed! If they aren't soliciting it in the men's restroom, propositioning paiges or part of the DC Madam's rolodex than they are obsessing over someone elses sex life. For a party that prides itself on it's morality, they sure don't know what it is. The greatest thing of all, is Ken Starrs sex dissertation that cost the tax payers some 200 million dollars. Get a playboy magazine Ken and I'm glad it cost you a Supreme Court position.

Absolutely nothing! It's gonna keep Hillary out of office and that's all that matters.

There's little boys and girls dying of disease and starvation in Africa, but I don't see you shipping canned goods or robitussin over there. Guess what! People die in war! Stop cheapening their sacrifice by whining about it. Support the troops that are still over there and be grateful!

Hey, what if the more you supported the troops the more progress they made and then the sooner they'd get to come home? But then again, maybe you don't want them to come home. Since you obviously don't support them what other conclusion could be drawn?

The problem is that the defunct Democrat Party is invested in defeat and surrender (as was the case in Vietnam). Bill Clinton received oral sex from a girl 2 years older than his daughter. This is worrisome considering his wife may be elected President and he would become the First Pervert.

Yes, those people are dying standing up for what they believe is morally right and they feel they are doing their duty to their country. I am proud of them and their Commander and Chief. Bill Clinton stands for what is morally wrong and feels it was HIS duty to lie about it. I am ashamed of him.
