For example, say I did something wrong. Say it's using bots on an online game. The rules never said anything about not using bots. I point this out to the game owner, and he changed it! Then, he bans me from the game. Is this legal? If not, I would like a source. If it is, I would like a link the the laws of the United States.

The game owner changed the rules in response to your actions. Sure he can ban anyone from playing the game. It is his, afterall.

Well, Bush did the same thing with the Military Commissions Act of 2006. He changed the torture laws and back dated their effective date to before the war in Iraq!

He can probably do what ever he wants to and you learned a valuable lesson!

Who ever owns the server gets to make the rules.....I would not want to play against some one that cheats......
