Best actor, I don't think so...don't get me wrong, love little house then and now.
But Little House and Highway to Heaven was ALL HIM
So he was the best TV show maker ever!

I'm not sure he was the best actor in the world, but he sure was one of the best looking ones by FAR!

best hair
best teeth
most caring
best for not letting fame ruin him

He was very sexy in Bonanza(my dad used to watch that show) and I loved him in Little House on The Prairie as a little girl. I'm 31 and I still think he was very sexy even in his old age!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (he was a phenomenal actor)

No, not even close. Russell Crowe, Jimmy Stewart, Cary Grant, Spencer Tracy and many others were far better actors.

He was pretty awesome. He was really good at making the feel good shows and you always knew there was going to be a good ending!

i loved him in highway to heaven!!! i had to watch that show every week!!
my mother told me that he was such a good looking man in bonanza as little joe!
haven't seen an episode, but my mom has good taste and i believe her!!
