Help me loose weight?
i want to loose weight without dieting i want tricks like sleep on your stomach put things on your stomach things like that

If you rub coffee packets like coffee grind (whatever its called!!) You know the stuff you put in your coffee? I wouldnt know i dont drink it. Anyway you rub it on places you want to lose fat. I know it sounds crazy, but it works i saw it on TV. My friend did it and loved the results. Also Bliss.com sells stuff that you can use. Good luck, hope i helped!!

Honestly, I really believe that the only way to lose weight is to diet and excersize. If you do little tricks like that, it may help you lose a few pounds, but you'll gain it right back. However, if you just need to lose a few for, say, a certain dress, ice water and celery are very good.

Nice try, but you can't lose weight without exercise or a proper diet! Don't expect a miracle to happen.

Umm the only thing that I know that is other then dieting would have to be Sleeping on your stomach and ecersice!

walk more such as taking the stairs and walking to hang out with your friends instead of driving. And drink lots of water and Green Tea. Green Tea is great!

i didnt know that makes you lose wait. woah i went on a 500 calorie a day diet for a week and lost ten pounds though.

play DDR starting from the evening until early AM's. It makes dance dance revolution even more fun if you invite some friends over

stop being so lazy and go exercise. eat healthy foods. thats the only way to get the results you want
