Dear Southtexmex,

i think the Yankees are going to go after Johan Santana-- plus they don't have much in terms of starting pitching to give to the Marlins.

I don't think so because look at next years rotation for the Yankees. Chien-Ming Wang, Phil Hughes, Joba Chamberlain, Ian Kennedy, and somebody else from their farm system, theres really no place for him on the team.

I would like to see the Cardinals get him. I bet Dave Duncan could straighten him out.

Slim, the marlins want prospects such as Joba, phil hughes, melky cabrera.... and the yanks dont want to part with any of them.

Why would anybody want him he has not had a good season id rather use him as a pinch hitter
