Nobody else can really tell you what to write, because we don't know your girlfriend, and so do not know what things would touch her heart. Tell her what the past year has meant to you, and how happy you have been wth her in you life. Remind her of the things about her that make you love her. I am sure that anything that comes from your heart will make her very happy. Good luck, it is wonderful to hear of a man that wants to do that, there are not too many around!

I would remind her of the 1st day that you met her and how beautiful she was then and tell her how shes even more beautiful today. Let her know that you appreciate her and thank her for being with you through good and bad times. Let her know that you look forward to having even a better future with her. She will love this. Use your heart to write the note, it will be more special to her if the words come from YOUR heart, and not the words of others. If you just sit down with pen and paper, it should eventually just come to you. Good luck

go with what you feel...write down EVERYTHING you wanna tell her from how pretty she is to your favorite smells about her...Like her shampoo or body wash or whatever....and then form sentences
