Is smoking a Hookah in public places such as parks, legall or illegal?

or is the police (if cought) can give you a ticket and take away the hookah???? Im from michigan

Its only illegal if you are smoking something illegal in it or have smoked illegal substance in it. Its not classified paraphernalia until its used for illegal purposes.

As long as you're not smoking hash or pot in it, you're OK.
