his is what i use on my pc. i recommend any one any of this stuff and its all free to. I think the best trojan removers are what i have. Avg spyware cleaner and asqared. I like ca for antivirus but i have heard many dont like that one which is fine. Firewall i have comodo. I have had it for a day now and it takes less cpu and recources then zone alarm which i had a few days ago. Im not saying zone alarm is bad but the other day when it updated it made me uninstall my antivirus cause it conflicted with it.

I recommend not going on limewire as i have seen alot of yahoo answer's people that i answer questions. Alot of people are getting trojans and worms from limewire. And i know worms are very hard to get off. Another thing problems are coming in from yahoo and msn messengers. "DONT CLICK ON LINKS" I tell every one that. I find alot of worms that i answer questions for here and alot are dealing with worms. They are very hard to get off and i have never gotten one before.

I also recommend only one antivirus and one firewall. If u plan on putting other firewalls or antvirus on pc make sure and uninstall the other one first before installing the new one. U can have a few registry and spyware cleaners on your pc safely. Make sure u check to make sure no problems with software conflict as i have did that before and screwed my pc up.

And i recommend to run the virus scan at least once a week or more. I would run spyware cleaners at least once a week to or more. And registry cleaners run them at least once a week as well or ever more then that.

If any one needs help with any other things dealing with cleaning or whatever of the pc please contact me either at my IM or email me both options are open thanks again and i hope this information has helped u alot!

If you have never run an antivirus program or a defrag, then you have shredded that hard drive.

You need to completely reinstall from a windows sp2 install CD.

Try burning all of your important files to disk first.

Remember the best way to learn this stuff is just to DO IT
