My husband and I took our 9 month old on a road trip. It was about 5 to 6 hours long. We stopped to play, but I guess not enough. You see. . . babies get constipated if they sit too long. She didn't poop all day. When we got to the hotel around 6pm, we decided to go eat at a little diner. All of a sudden towards the end of dinner, she exploded! The poop shot out from the back of her diaper. It went up her back, into her hair, all over the back of the highchair and out the sides that it filled up the highchair seat belt slots. My husband quickly ran her to the hotel (about 50 yds away) while I cleaned up the mess. I wouldn't say we changed a diaper. It was more like hosing her off.

The day before our son's 1 year b-day party, my hubby and I had to take him to the ER because we thought he had a UTI. Fortunately, he didn't, but he had a build-up of poop that he needed to release. So, we tried EVERYTHING from Cranberry Juice to some prescription stuff they gave us. All to no avail. Right before the party (and during our Bible study at church), he started going. From across the room, I could smell it! So, I change it, only to have him go three more times within 30 minutes.
The fun ones (sarcasm) are the ones where it seems he's been collecting it since birth. My hubby's worst diaper change was when our son went poop up his back while in his bounceroo. Not thinking it was THAT bad, we laid him on his playmat to change him. We ended up having to throw everything in the wash, so it wouldn't stain.

In the hospital after having a c-section and having my son circumsized. I was with my friend and was telling her I had to make sure he was peeing afterwards. Went to change his diaper and he peed all over me. We both started laughing so hard I peed all over the floor. It was very funny actually, so I guess not the worst diaper change, but the most memorable. I have written it in his baby book as something he should ask me about one day....

Our daughter was about 4 months old and had to go on antibiotics for a minor ear infection, which makes for very runny stools. My husband took her in to change her wet diaper and I guess the cold wipe triggered something because she squirted poop all over him, the changing pad, wicker changing table, bookcase, floor, etc. My husband almost cried!
He finally got a diaper on her and handed her to me so he could go get cleaned up.
The only problem was that he put the diaper on inside out.
I laughed the entire time I cleaned up her room!

This morning. No lie. I woke up at 9:30am and put my hand on my stomach and there was poop all over my stomach because my baby was laying next to me! I had just changed him at 1:00am in the morning and I usually don't change him again until he wakes up....which was 9:30am. The poop was EVERYWHERE. Blankets, him, me. And it was extremely hard to keep the rest of his body clean while trying to get the diaper and outfit off of him! Then after I brought him back from his bath (he was covered) I layed him on my bed and he ended up peeing on his face. Poor little baby.
There is another time that equals that....when I first brought him home from the hospital he has explosive poopies. Almost every diaper change he pooped on me. But one time specifically, I was sitting indian-style in front of him and was trying to put his diaper on and all of a sudden I heard him fart and looked down and there was poop sprayed all over his butt, my legs AND my stomach!! ha ha ha...this was a great post! Thanks for the laughs.

Okay, the child isn't my son, but I do babysit him a lot. This diaper story happened two days ago, so it's still fresh in my mind. I decided to put the baby in his playpen for his nap, so that I could do the dishes. I heard him wake up, but he wasn't crying, and I had a lot to do. It was about that time when I noticed a smell. It was terrible. I walked over to his pen, and he starts laughing at me (2 month old children are way more sadistic than we give them credit for). I picked him up, and his um, poop, fell out into the playpen. It was then that I noticed it was on my fingertips...and in the baby's hair, all over his clothes, on one ear, down his legs and up his back. This baby had explosive feces, I swear. I got out a beach towel to lay him on, and kind fooled with the onesie so that I didn't have to pull it over his head. He is still laughing at me, and at this point, I am gagging. There is green poop everywhere. The best part...when I cleaned off his back and semi-cleaned his hair, I took his diaper off...only to have him pee on me. It was gross, but now, I think it's funny. My little one is due in January and I'm sure I'll have something to say about her too.

Sitting on the bed, my daughter had to have been about 8 weeks old, I think? I was sitting there, changing her. It was was a loose bowel movement, so it was wet. I noticed when I started to take it off, she started to go a bit more... so I set her down, let her "finish", then lifted her up in the air to wipe her little booty...
And SWOOSH!
Poop all over me, my chest, the bed, her clean diaper, and even the PILLOW BEHIND ME! At that point, all I could really do is laugh... what else can you do, covered from neck to knee in poop!

My 11 week old was sitting on the couch. I didn't hear him go, but he started fussing so I picked him up when I saw it. The poo slid from the side of his diaper to nestle in between the cushions like melted peanut butter. I hurridly took him and changed his mess but didn't see the big wet large poo mark on his back it slipped up his back and I pulled up his onesie to clean his back I missed it. I didn't notice it until after I was holding him again after cleaning the couch. Then I noticed my hands were curiously sticky when I held his back.
OH!!

My oldest was about 3 months old at the time, but he had been having issues with constipation. Well I was getting some pictures of him and my husband together when all of a sudden my husband started screaming(like a girl mind you),and he held him out and the poo was literally from his chin to his toes, the goopy sticky kind at that.
AHHHH good times lol

It would have to be when my baby had diaraha. Um I went to change it and the poo had gotten all the way up to half of her back. it was so bad that I had decided that I wasn't going to get her more full of poo so i just cut the outfit right off of her body.
