I just recently sold a legit copy of Microsoft Office Pro 2003. They buyer opted to buy it now and the item was shipped out prior to eBay pulling it off giving me some b/s reason that Microsoft thought it was a pirated copy.

In the original listing (which is no unavailable) it states all sales are final. With that said the buyer just e-mailed me and told me they need to return the time (gave no reason why) and if a full refund could be given.

I explained all sales are final and no refund will be issued. Can she come after me because she paid with paypal even though in the listing it stated no refunds will be issued all sales are final but no eBay pulled it off and I have no proof of this?

Thanks to all who answered

right she had the item for 36 hours prior to asking for the refund with no reason, plus it was purchased and sent out prior to eBay pulling as I stated in the original quesiton, plus MS Office runs without the original software disk as a install software so it will be worthless to me if I opted to fund her as she could have easily installed it and now decided to see if she can get her money back

I would just give her the refund and get the software back. Chances are, if you don't, she is going to fight the case and win (they did pull the listing). Was it already opened when you sent to her or sealed? She might have just downloaded it and prefers to steal than be honest;... Ask her what the reasoning was for her wanting to return.. you might never get a response and therefore save yourself hassle. SAVE ALL EMAILS

You could have printed the listing or taken a screen capture. Also, eBay probably saves a copy even if they remove it from the website.

If I got an email in that tone I would not be in a rush to refund you either. I would give him a week.

use the request money option. I dont use paypal thay are a bunch of b.s my dad used them for his online business and that account had a almost a half mill in there then thay froze the account saying that there was fraudulant activity so paypal are nothing but scamers them selfs.
