I will not say no because there is always a possibility. It really depends on how you use this program. Downloading music and selling it, that will get you fined and possibly stuck in a cell for a couple of days. But if you use it the right way it will cut your chances of getting caught it half. A word of advice, don't download programs,or anything with an abnormal file size. Limewire and any other file sharing network is a good way to get a virus.

If you get caught using it you can be fined and/or be charged by the federal government. Remember what happened to all the people who were illegally downloading music from the old Napster, or whatever? Lots of fines!

If you use it to download excessive amounts of copyrighted items, you may be sued and or go to jail. Just having it alone is not a crime
