A rational number is a real number tht can be expressed as a quotient of two integers

-4.8 = -24/5

It is rational because it can be expressed as the ratio of two numbers (ie. 48/10 or 24/5).

It is not irrational (see above).

It is not an integer (they are WHOLE numbers only).

It is not a whole number because it includes a decimal or fraction of a number.

It is natural because it does exist in this world.
