I'm trying to set up my windows e mail and i have no idea what SMTP is? What do i put there ????? Help :)

A server is a computer that responds to requests sent by client computers, in this case, your computer. SMTP settings need to be configured in order for you to send emails. Depends on ISPs, most of them have SMTP servers set up to serve their clients. If you are not sure what they are, ask the tech support for the info.

A server. And it's usually like smtp.sbcglobal.net But if you have something like comcast, att, wtvr, google up "Your ISP" smtp servers/server. Something like that. It shud say.

Simple Mail Transfer Protocol.

Your internet provider can tell you what to use.
