Yep, it sure does. Then it makes me mad, because 99% of the time, I am already listening to music, and I don't need someone else's crappy favorite song cutting in on the stuff I actually want to listen to. Most recently, the music I got blasted with was a Dolly Parton song. How happy would that make you if you were happily listening to The Cure? It pissed me right off.

Ya it does. Like here I am sitting on the computer going on a website that has music and the volume is loud and then all of a sudden music scares the crap out of you. I hate that!
