Black berry 7100?

i just bought a black berry 7100 and it wont turn on. What does that mean? Is it broken or do i need to let it charge fully?

Make sure battery is actually installed. Let it charge for few hours if it is brand new. It won't do anything until it has enough charge to boot itself up.
