May I be selective? May I assume it's for a heart that can shine with a bit of polish? An unselfish heart? I simply cannot spare a wish without some small conditions. (Are you understanding me?)

On home improvement a 16 year old died in traffic accident but he was a donor and a 21 year old girl got his heart. She provided a nice painting to the new home of the late boy's family and the picture had a heart frame mat. She was able to live and share her love through her art to the giving family.
My wish for her with her new heart to remember home is where you hang your heart.

Hmm, I woke up late this morning, so I'm a bit behind in the wishes department. Oh yes, I wrote a lovely poem and emailed it to a person who needed to hear such words. There's still time in the day to help fulfill more wishes.

Yeah, for you. You emailed me a few times, I even watched the chainsaw kitties [kittens] you told me about and I even wrote back complimenting them to you. I send you an email with a song and you don't even reply. I have answered a total of 49 of your questions because I think your questions are fun and cool and for the most part are not negative. I am not an obsessed fan...I am a married woman, but I have several male companion friends. Last month, while my husband was visiting his twin brother for 35 days, there were many a days when I had an attractive man friend sleeping over on our couch but nothing ''happened'' between us, even though this man said that he was attracted to me too. My husband was very well aware of this, but didn't mind. He looks at other women too...that doesn't bother me either. P.S. another man in the building, kisses me and hugs me a lot, but that is as far as it goes...even though I am very attracted to him as well. I don't know why you didn't add me to your list of NINETY fans, after I added you to my list of fans. I spared a wish for you today...that your heart becomes warmer.

I have no clue.
However, I did help someone with HIV. I helped someone with a brain injury. I helped someone with learning disabilities. I helped someone who had been assaulted. I helped another who is homeless. I helped several people who might never have an education re-enter the education system.
And I helped a three year old child laugh and smile.
I'm not sure if that is the wish or the heart category.

As long as heart beat function normal...my wish is there...very small and not greedy!!!
what ever things you hear and see can make heart beat faster or turn slower....in long run, this is no good for health.....
so a wish for normal heart is best!!!
