Artichoke....why would you ever? All the hassle for what? I would like to meet the guy that spotted this growing and said, Hey, I got got an idea, let's boil this to death, peal back a million leaves and then figure out how to get rid of the fuzz/pricker little leaves and then eat what's left. He had wayyyy to much times on his hands.
Mountain oysters and sweetbreads...I'm not going there, but this guy had to be friends with artichoke guy....lol M

Bimbos. Ok this isn't actually a name of a food, but it's a spanish hard pinwheel. You can get them anywhere, but the manufacturer is Bimbo. I laugh and make fun of it every time that I see it. But neither the less I still eat them...
