How far along are you? if your over 18 weeks you should feel baby move. If you are not that far along then if you have a reason to believe something is wrong go see the doctor early, but if you are not cramping or bleeding I wouldnt worry about too much. Also if you are further along you could always buy a fetal doppler or rent one to hear the heartbeat when in doubt. The other day I didnt feel my baby move too much and he is usually active and I got really worried and we have a fetal doppler here at home and I checked and viola! heartbeat was strong and clear! That eased my mind alot. I think he was just having a not so active day.

We need more information to truly answer this question.
Lack of bleeding doesn't necessarily mean that everything is fine, unfortunately. I was carrying a miscarriage in progress for almost three weeks before I started bleeding and cramping.
Let me ask you some things.....
Have the symptoms you had gone away? When you close your eyes, relax, and just think about it, how do you FEEL about the baby? Do you have this sense that every thing is ok? Or do you have an overwhelming sense of something being wrong?
I don't know how far along you are, so I can't tell you exactly what to do, because if you are before a certain period of time, they won't bother trying to save it. The only thing I can really tell you is to call your Doctor and ask them what you should do. Tell them that you are feeling very nervous about your baby and you just want to check up to make sure everything is ok. Most Doctors are more than happy to let you come in for that reassurance, or they will tell you where you CAN go to get that reassurance.
I do hope everything is alright.

Depends on how far along you are... in the early stages, when you can't feel your baby move, it's literally a question of faith. Your body will let you know though, if something's wrong. If there's no bleeding or cramping then your baby is probably just fine...
Hang on in there, 3 weeks feel like an awfully long time, but it's not. Just stay busy and try not to constantly think about the pregnancy or miscarriage (I know this is very hard to do, but it does help). And with every appointment, you'll get more confidence and start to feel better. The paranoia does wear off over time. I know, I was bad in my first 16 weeks, constantly worrying about the baby and if he's okay, but once you feel those first little kicks, it gets better.

If you are early in your pregnancy, early enough that you can't feel the baby moving yet, it is always in the back of your mind...could my baby have died and I don't even know it?
However, usually there are symptoms of a miscarriage, including cramping and/or bleeding. If you are not experiencing and unusual cramping or bleeding, just try to relax and enjoy your pregnancy! Once you get to around 3 1/2 - 4 months, you'll start feeling the baby moving, and you'll get daily reassurance that everything is ok! Just hang in there!

If you aren't bleeding that is a GOOD sign! If you meant to say you are bleeding then maybe you need to go to the hospital cause blood is usually not a good thing during pregnancy.I would call your doctor ASAP and tell them you need an earlier appointment or just say to hell with em and go get checked out at the hospital.

you haven't mention the exact details of the pregnancy, well i guess it's about pregnancy.if its about 3-4 months you will know that the baby is alive if you feel some movement inside your womb.at the early stage it's like heartbeat.if it's in the middle up to the last trimester it's like the baby's kicking.
it's more riskful if you're bleeding. you should be thankful you aren't.

if your baby already moves you should count at least 20 movements in a 15 to 30 min period of time., but that depends on how many months far you are...
It's a good sign if theres no bleeding or cramping, but if if you want to be really sure call your doctor. I asume your in your 1st trimester and probably a first time mom, and its normal to be concerned, but any worries you have best thing to do is call or go visit your doctor. ....

I am sure you are fine.
There are cultures out in the world that never see a doctor for pregnancy.
Why do you think you have a dead baby?
See your doctor at your regular time.
