And it's a very good question! If it's too good to be true, it usually isn't true.
It's because you don't ever really get any money. It has to add up to a certain amount before you can withdraw .... or some such story. Basically they are collecting your personal information. Sometimes they even ask you to pay an up front fee.
There are not quick easy online jobs. They are all scams.

Businesses have been surveying people's opinions ever since the dawn of time. Businesses like to gauge interest in new products, and figure out if people are happy with their old products. Many online surveys may be scams, but they're not all scams. For example, manufacturing companies pay http://www.mysurvey.com to survey their members on new products, such as new cereals, shampoos, shaving creams, and so forth. They even send you free samples to try before the products hit the market. Take a while to earn enough to get money though, but it's kind of fun.

Logically it don't make sense unless it is a huge reputable company doing some sort of critcal research. I had been scammed and learnt from the online business. DO NOT dump in your hard earned money unless you are sure about that particular company. Go to BBB website (http://search.bbb.org/) and search for any company you intend to work with, it will generate a reliability report of that company. If you are keen on online business, try SFI (Strong Future International) Marketing. It has 20 years of good tracking records and is also a member of BBB (Better Business Bureau).

It's really possible to make money with trading online, specially with binary trading.
You have just to know where to learn... and I know the best source http://trading-secret.keysolve.net
This course explain everything you need to start a very profitable trading activity. Before you "learn" to day trade you first must understand the markets, the products traded in the markets and the rules you have to follow to be in the market. You have to learn what to do, why to do it, when to do it and how to do it. If can learn all of this then and only then can you day trade. Before you day trade you must be able to trade. You also need a written sound trading/investment plan with rules that will not only help you but more importantly protect you, mostly from yourself. You also need sufficient trading/investment capital. Use your own money, there’s no need to go into debt so that you can trade/invest. It is more imperative to have a written money management program in place. Remember never invest 100% of your capital into any one security and never have 100% of your capital invested and a good understanding of the rules

Marketing is a huge business industry with tons of money to be made. It is very important for a company to know if a product they are ready to launch will be successful. They may need to know if the price is right, if the packaging is attractive, or even if there's a demand for it at all. These businesses approach marketing companies to help them with the right strategies of how to put their product on the shelf. Hope this helps!
