Hmmm... well, Dr. Lektor would probably be the best to have a conversation with, but I don't know if I would stay for dinner.
Fiona Volpe, female SPECTRE agent from the James Bond movie Thunderball, would be my fave killer to date. She's clearly one of the most attractive female assassins to ever grace the silver screen.
All the killers from the various Scream films, Hostel, and Hills Have Eyes 1 & 2 are easy push overs. Any idiot with a decent grasp of how to hold a hand gun could take them. By themself.
