Bent pins (if that is what you mean) can be straightened, but be very careful, if you break a pin off, you are all done.
What is the cable to? If both ends are free, then you can probably buy a replacement.

Are you talking about the socket behind the computer for power? Those are called IEC connectors. In particular, the one behind the PC is called C14.
Not likely you can streighten them as they are very thick and trying to bend them will likely crack the plastic around it. You can replace them (as they are commonly available parts) if you know what you are doing, and have appropriate tools.
If not, you will have to replace the whole power supply. They are not that expensive, starting around 30 dollars.

I think you may mean USB (flat ends) and ps2 (round with small wires in the plug) Be very gentle if trying to bend back

you mean male and female? i'm sure you can figure out which is which ;-)
yes you can bend the pins back if they get bent, use needle nose pliers

connectors can be male or female (guess which is which)
i suppose, if you want, you can unbend the pins if you've bent them somehow. but, don't listen to me--i just point and click.
