If no operating system is included, it hikes the price considerably. If it comes with a O/S (and preferably a Windows CD and certificate of Authenticity) then it's worth it.

Yes definitely worth the price. the motherboard + CPU + RAM already worth the $250.

I'd buy that in a heartbeat, especially if an OS is installed.

Definately..and even if u wnted, you could just pay for the stuff and bcustomize it with others tuf, if oyu wanted...
