You would loose a few pounds..but all from water..which will come back when you get your head on straight and eat again.
Likely 3 days is not a long time..you body will not loose so much weight you would look like paris...but..you would becomes cranky because your brain can't function right..you wouldn't sleep right as your body is starving..and feel nauseous and weak

The first few days of starving suck (this is the voice of experience talking). But after a while you reach a point where the pain and hunger either stop, or you become so used to them that they become normal and you aren't hungry any more.
I don't suggest not eating. I became hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) after an episode.
If you are having image issues or depression, please talk to somebody like a dr. or a parent or a teacher or some other person you can trust.

Your body thinks it's starving and starts storing up fat to live off of. When you start eating again, you will gain more than you lost. Starvation diets simply do not work. No diet that you force yourself to deny things you want will succeed. The only true answer is to eat less and exercise more. Burn off more calories through exercise than you ingest with food and you could eat cake 3 meals a day.

Why would you do that to yourself ?? Your body needs fuel /energy to keep going and the only way to have that is by eating. There are a lot of ways to drop off the weight but not eating is not the way to go!! Be good to yourself, I'm sure you have others in your life that need you around healthy and happy!

No. You'll just still be hungry and probably get a headache.
It would take alot more days of not eating to go thin, blind, and crazy. ; )

NOT A GOOD IDEA!!! I did that for 3 months only I ate some and I exercised and now I am a mess. You would be fine but you would be so hungry that your metabolism will slow down and when you start eating again chances are you will gain it all back.

Your body will start do digest your muscle instead of your fat. That is why many anorexics have heart problems. If this is the first and only time that you have fasted for that long, you will be fine. Don't make a habit out of it.

it would be unhealthy to do this unless you were doing a detox/fast
you should probably go to a bookstore and pick up a book on the topic to see what a dietician recomends...
or even call up or make an appointment with one. I know its not healthy to not eat anything for three days without some kind of something with nutrients your body needs...
like a shake, etc.

if you dont eat for three days, then i think your crazy and a freak. no one could really go for three days w/o like passing out or fainting. not eating for three days can and is really dangerous, so you definitely should try to eat at least a little something every day to help get you through the day. and try to eat healthy also because if you just eat potato chips to try to get you through the day, then 1) your not eating enough 2) your not getting any nutrition in your body. at least try a banana or an apple. those are good fruits to choose from.

You can not eat for seven days, but only drink water and fruit juice. Its called fasting and humans have been doing it since the beginning of time. Don't eat for three days, but drink water. At first you feel weak, but then you feel better than you ever have.
