What's wrong with the White Sox can be summed up in three players:

Crede has been gone all year.
Podsednik has missed most of the season.
Contreras can't pitch anymore.

But at least we can say we have a ring. Can't say that, can ya, Georgie (how classless to block someone who simply disagrees with you)?

Starters are tired because they have been pitching long games all season because the Bull Pen sucks and... The Bull Pen Sucks, White Sox 2007 in a nut shell.

Give them an average Bull Pen and they would be in contention with the Indians and Tigers.

They're trying an experiment for the rest of the year using Josh Fields, a regular third baseman in left field . They're using Alex Gonzalez, a fellow rookie who's normally an outfielder at 3rd base. He has 3 of the 4 errors.
Try playing third base in baseball, it's probably the toughest position to play.

It's a poor team. It was a fluke in 2005. Come on Konerko hit 40 HRs, Podsednik hit .290, Garland had an ERA of 3.50 and won 18, Contreras had 3.61 ERA with 15 wins, Dustin Hermanson had 34 Saves, Cliff Politte had a 2.00 ERA, Neal Cotts had a Sub 2 ERA. Cotts, Hermanson, and Politte aren't in the MLB any more. Podsednik can't even get on first or stay healthy much less steal 75 bases. Garland is a pitcher who averages 15-10 wins with an ERA around 4. Contreras is 55(I don't care what he says) and has 16 losses with a 6.16 ERA. Konerko won't hit more than 32 the rest of his career. Kenny Williams either didn't want to win another World Series or he was just hoping to get lucky. Guillen can't manage either he brings a lot of that luck to the table too.

lets see...their best BA is .270...which for many teams is like the 4th or 5th or even lower BA...SP wins don't always mean everything, but the SP with the most wins only has 11...they're even below the KC Royals...the FREAKING Royals!!!...the Sox are and have pretty much been a sorry excuse for a baseball team...i'm a cubbies fan and the same thing usually goes for the cubs too, so dont say i'm biased. 2005 was most definitely a fluke, but they still won. that doesnt mean anything now, so sox fans, im sorry, but you need to realize your substandard quality just doesnt cut it for a major league team.

OK hes whats up with the Chi Sox
they won it all in 2005
in 2006 they did good but not good enough
so this year they brought in alot of young player that will get experience and be great player so in 3-4 years they will have a great team with alot of talent and veterans
and they will be a dominant team to win it again

to sum it up they are planning for the future... just wait and see!

Their record is 57-76 and the Rangers record is 60-72.

The Sox just aren't having a good year.

the white sux pitching is extremely horrible and they should have known that since some of their guys in the bullpen used to pitch for the royals

they think they can correct their mistakes by overthrowing the ball, which only hurts them back in every way

Terrible bullpen. Wildly overrated starting pitching. A team that has quit on it's manager and fans. They are a disgrace and deserve the *** kicking they take everyday on sports radio in Chicago. It's a beautiful thing!

Their manager can't manage. Guillen is pulling hem down to his level. Get rid of him and the White Sox will come alive again.
