I have a ATI Radeon 7200 32MB and i was wondering can i put my ati analog input controller in the S-VIDEO -jack so the Video Card can recive secondary signals (DVD,VCR,Game Sytem)???

ONLY if that card has VIVO capability. Otherwise, what that card has is a video output jack that should go to the TV. It may not be an input jack.

S-Video ports on video cards are output only (as are the VGA and DVI ports). You'll need to get some kind of video in port or TV tuner card to input signals to your computer.

Yes you should be able to, provided that the input device supports S-Video. Be wary though, some times those S-Video ports are output only ports, designed to plug into TV's and such. Be careful.

Usually the S-video in video cards is output only. Im not familiar with your video card. But you can try at your own risk.
