No, the 1300's, or 1301-1400 to be exact.
This 00's thing is inherently ambiguous. Do the 1400s end in 1410 or 1499?

As a means of recording the passage of time, the 14th century was that century which lasted from 1301 to 1400.

~No, it does not mean the 1400's but it does include the year 1400. Duh. Did the first century start with the year 0 or the year 100? Ha-ha. I got ya. There ain't no such animal as the year 0, thus the first century started (assuming you mean A.D. or C.E) in the year 1. You have just enough fingers and toes (barring any amputations or mutations) to take you through the year 2000. Go count them.

The above answeres are mostly correct, except there was no year 0, so the first century was 1-100, the second century was 101-200 ect. So our current century started on Jan 1, 2001, not 2000.

No. It refers to the 1300s. The first century was year 1 to year 99, and the second century began in the year 100.

The 14th century is from 1300 to 1399 just as the 20th century was from 1900 to 1999.
