I just read a story that a man with no legs was arrested for drunken driving. And his best friend is being charged also for operating the gas and the break.......do you think it should be legal to charge 2 men for that crime?

conspiracy theory, the person behind the wheel was drunk, he was using his drunk frame of mind to steer the vehicle, the fuel and break man was contributing so he was a part of committing the crime, if he was drunk also then yes they should both be charged with the same crime, if the fuel and break man wasn't drunk, then his charges should be different, like stupidity! why didn't the guy with legs drive, did he not have arms!☺

I suppose if this is true then yes I guess they could both be charged. If twqo people beat someone up they can BOTH be charged. So I would think the same would apply to driving. If both have a part in it then yes.

Well, if the pedal guy was drunk yes. But he also could be held responsible for not driving himself instead of risking someone dying.

Most of you are criminals and don't even know it. It is also illegal to put a squirrel down your pants for the purpose of gambling. I'll be damned.

that doesn't suprise me. in tennessee you will get charged with a DUI for letting someone drive your car when they are drunk. regardless of whether or not you are even with them. rediculous.
