Consider the alternative to being 45 honey and you will be heartbroken no more.
Cheer up, Smile and Celebrate all your accomplishments, in such a short time.
I love you. Allow God to put you in a contented serene place where you let absolutely nothing interrupt your peace.
Another star for you~~~~Jill
I encourage you to write to me Diana & open up~~
This seems to be deeper then having a birthday.
Share please, is this a new, or old problem escalating ?

without being there in person, and knowing your feelings, and knowing why you feel the way you do, it is difficult to help guide you through your feelings of despair, and show you the bright side of life. for example, if you are down because some guy was stupid enough to dump you, then getting you to realize that he is the idiot and that there are others around is fairly easy. on the other hand if you lost a loved one, then that requires a different approach. and by the way, that muddy pond doesnt exist as far as i am concerned. at 48 i still have to beat women off with a baseball bat(and no i do not look like brad pitt, more like john candy).
i will say that regardless of what happened, you need to roll with the punches, and swing back at life. attitude is important, and the better your attitude, the easier it is to get over anything that gets you down.

There is a reason for everything and for everything a reason, there is always a light at the end of the dark tunnel. God does not dish out more than you can handle ( although he does push the limits) I have had my heart broken a few times. Had a fiancee call of the wedding a week before . Thought I would die, but you know what? Life goes on and I have met the one for me. I don't know if a love sick heart is what you are talking about, things will get better whatever the case may be.

I know how you feel. But time has away of healing....slowly it will happen.Let your friends help you.Try to keep yourself busy.Do a few things that will make you happy, maybe treat yourself to something nice that you have been wanting.Go and visit a friend you have not seen in a while ,catch up on old times. Call a few people that you have lost touch with. Here is a star just for you !

There's more fish in the sea....unless you're over 40, then it becomes a muddy pond.

I am sorry you are going through this. When you are deeply in love, heartbreak can be traumatic. If you are going through a period of heartbreak, you must accept the fact that life goes on and so must you. Face those feelings of rejection and anger by acknowledging them, dealing with them, and then achieving closure. Time will help you heal....

I guess that it would help to know what caused the heartbreak, but nonetheless, I'll say this:
This too shall pass.
Time heals all wounds (or at least makes them easier to bear!)
Tomorrow's another day.
